Since Summer is still not technically over, I wanted to put together a fun, girly outfit before the end of the season. Let's be honest, it can't get more feminine than skater skirts and polka dots. I know that polka dotted print has been a huge trend lately, and while at first I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure how much use I'd get out of it before it went "out of style," I realized that this would never be the case with this blouse. Polka dot print has such a cool retro feel that it will never become obsolete. Paired with anything from shorts to jeans to blazers, another timeless staple item that I can wear year round has been added to my closet. :)
I love love love this skirt, but I refrain from wearing it because it is so flowy. It happened to get really windy while taking these pictures. Needless to say, I had a few Monroe moments .

Looks like the weather is incredibly warm over there, if you manage to be dressed this lightly. I'm so envious of you! here the winter is really cold and I have nothing else to do, but forget about all those lovely summer clothes:(
