Blue and Oxblood

This isn't the most obvious color combination, in fact I was a bit hesitant when mixing these shades, but I feel like they complement each other so well that I decided to take a risk. There's just something about these shoes, that I want to wear them with everything, neutrals or not.

Studs and More Studs!

A while back ago I mentioned how I didn't know whether or not I should ditch the heels while at work. They are perfection, but let's be honest, they hurt! So I've found an alternative, these black studded loafers. We all know that both studs and loafers are a huge trend this season, so I guess I got the best of both worlds with these babies! Okay so maybe they're not actual studs, but the little stones give them that "girly" touch, allowing you to still look cute without having to deal with the pain that comes after wearing 6 inch heels.

This top and leggings are also my new obsession, and staple pieces in my closet for this season. The studded collar on the top is right on trend and I'm loving the different textures on these leggings, they are super stretchy, and part leather!

The Spike

I know I had promised I wasn't going to take any more blogging breaks, but these last couple of weeks I have found myself running late (more than usual) for everything, leaving me no time to take outfit pictures. But I'm back, and with another pair of new babies. These had been on my wish list ever since they first came out, the neutral color, and the spikes make it perfect for this season. So with my birthday approaching next week, the 31st to be exact, I decided that they would be an early birthday present to myself.

More Pink Shoes!

I have an infatuation with shoes. I had actually been eyeing these babies for quite some time, but kept trying to convince myself that I didn't need them. But who was I kidding, they are perfection! Most of my collection consists of closed-toed pumps, so it was nice to switch it up with some strappy sandals.

Leather & Oxblood

Its finally that time of year again! I was so excited to bring out my leather pants and start layering again but considering how the temperatures have been holding steady in the mid 80s, I've had to resort to night outfits when it gets a little cooler. On to the real important stuff, I have found the perfect Fall shoes and I couldn't be happier. Its no doubt that oxblood is the 'it' color this season, so I just couldn't say no to these babies. I'm loving the orange platform sole, another fall color, and the ankle strap with gold detail just adds that perfect finishing touch to these beauties.

ps. I know I've been gone for over a week, and that's like an eternity in the blogging world, but I'm back and with more outfit ideas than ever. Promise I will do my best to post new outfits every day. Thanks to all of you loyal readers/ followers. Love you all!

Spoiled Girl Jewelz

When it comes to jewelry, I am extremely picky. It has to be good quality, and I just have such a hard time finding something I like. So when I was recently approached by Spoiled Girl Jewelz, I knew I would no longer have this problem. Spoiled Girl Jewelz is a new online store made for accessory lovers: those who can't have enough earrings, bracelets, in other words, jewelz. Their items are colorful, great quality, and at an affordable price! So head over to their site and check out their amazing pieces!

Royal Blue Crush

We all have that one dress that we're completely in love with, but never wear out because we haven't found an accessory that adds that perfect finishing touch. A couple of weeks ago I came across this embroidered clutch at work, and I just knew I had found the accessory I'd been desperately searching for. The detail makes it perfect for those dresses/outfits that are monochromatic, adding color and texture. I thought I wasn't going to be able to wear this dress since we're already in Fall, but lucky for me, the heat has been crazy here in SoCal, so I was able to wear this out without having to wait until next Spring.

Simplicity with Purple and Neon

There's not much to say about today's outfit. As a matter of fact, I wasn't even sure if it was "blog-worthy" since its pretty simple and all pieces I've previously worn. But I think that this is what gives it an effortlessly-chic look and I just love that about it. This is the perfect example of how you don't need to wear extravagant clothing in order to make a lasting impression. Sometimes simplicity is the key to creating the perfect outfit.
